Taunya Villicana

For more than three decades, Taunya Villicana has built her career on a single conviction: that great financial guidance should be personal, purposeful, and within reach for the people and organizations shaping our communities. A native Tucsonan, Taunya launched her career with Merrill Lynch in 1991, later joining Dean Witter and Morgan Stanley — formative years spent on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and in the offices at Two World Trade Center that sharpened her instincts and cemented her people-first philosophy.

In 2003, she founded Aspirational Wealth Management to deliver something the larger firms couldn't: a truly tailored experience, rooted in listening, stewardship, and long-term partnership. Today, Taunya leads a team that serves more than 430 clients across 20 states — guiding families through multigenerational planning, partnering with executives on complex compensation and benefits, helping business owners navigate succession and tax strategy, and collaborating with nonprofits and endowments to build investment strategies that honor their mission and sustain their impact.

Her leadership extends well beyond her firm. As Chair of the Board for the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona and a Rio Nuevo Board member, appointed by Governor Katie Hobbs, Taunya brings lived experience to every boardroom she enters — and a deep understanding of what it takes to steward mission-driven dollars well. A Regent's Scholarship recipient and 2020 inductee into the Sunnyside School District Hall of Fame, she channels her own story into every client relationship: clarity, advocacy, and an unwavering belief that financial knowledge is one of the most powerful gifts we can pass to the next generation.

She holds security registrations with LPL Financial: Series 7, 65, 63, 31, Insurance and is an LPL Investment Advisor Representative in numerous states.
